Why did you decide to work at Vantage?
What enticed me to work for Vantage Bank was the Bank’s culture. Vantage Bank focuses on building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with their customers. From a variety of services, to taking the customers input when developing new services, this says a lot about the dedication the bank has to their customers, employees and shareholders. Vantage Bank offers a friendly, welcoming team atmosphere.

 

How does your role help our organization, customers and/or community?

Vantage Bank is a dedicated financial institution that offers excellent service to its customers and focuses on developing long-lasting relationships with them. Vantage Bank is a generous organization that helps different non-profits throughout the year with both monetary and employee involvement.

I have had the opportunity to represent Vantage Bank in the El Paso Market, and help plan campaigns with local non-profits to include the Diabetes Association, The Child Crisis Center and the local food bank.

 

What do you love most about working at Vantage and/or your job?
I really love interacting with customers and the ability to make a difference within the Vantage Bank organization.
