"I love working for a company that has a heart. Vantage Bank has the biggest heart of any company I have ever worked for. They take care of their associates in so many ways. I enjoy the variety of things to do within my department. I especially enjoy the interactions with customers."

Why did you decide to work at Vantage?
I wanted to be part of a new Bank that was small and intimate and help them grow with the talent and expertise that I have brought to the table.

 

How does your role help our organization, customers and/or community?
I am a strong customer advocate and take ownership of every call to ensure resolution to the customers' satisfaction.

 

What do you love most about working at Vantage and/or your job?
