25 Years with Vantage Bank

Why did you decide to work at Vantage?
I was initially hired for a temporary position in 1995, and upon assignment completion, a position was opened for me in the bookkeeping area due to management liking my productivity. A few months later, a position was opened in IT and I was given the opportunity, and have been here ever since.
How does your role help our organization, customers and/or community?
My role is to make sure our cloud infrastructure and our on premises infrastructure is up and running; therefore, helps the front end, customers and/ or community, facilitate their banking needs. This, of course, is done with the support of a great team and the support of upper management.
What do you love most about working at Vantage and/or your job?
I primarily love the Vantage Bank culture. In addition, I look forward to the technology future in which Vantage Bank is moving toward. I enjoy working with the great staff, and great team players, making my job fun and an enjoyable workplace as I am a strong believer of treating people the way you want to be treated.
What would you tell someone who was considering joining the Vantage team?
I have nothing negative to say to about Vantage Bank and would encourage anyone to join the Vantage Bank Team. I believe that Vantage Bank sincerely takes care of its employees.
