Why did you decide to work at Vantage?
The dealmaker for me was the vision of where this bank wanted to be. A community bank with aspirations to be the top bank in Texas.
How does your role help our organization, customers and/or community?
As part of the Construction Desk, we help the bank, our clients, and our community, by ensuring the success of their construction and development projects.
What do you love most about working at Vantage and/or your job?

What would you tell someone who was considering joining the Vantage team?
This is the bank to work for in Texas. Very few employers care for their employees the way Vantage cares for us.
