Why did you decide to work at Vantage?
I decided to work at Vantage Bank because I felt that it would be a great learning experience into the world of business. I also saw it as an opportunity where I could start my career in banking and develop both professional and personal relationships. I started off as an intern, and have worked my way up ever since.
How does your role help our organization, customers and/or community?
My responsibility within the organization is the management and sale of OREO, as well as carrying the responsibility regarding foreclosure, and onboarding. I also prepare financial reports and board presentations and serve as support of the more complex loans and responsibilities of the department. And lastly, I serve as the main point of contact to other bank departments, customers, third party service providers, and contractors.
What do you love most about working at Vantage and/or your job?

What would you tell someone who was considering joining the Vantage team?
I would tell them that it would be a great move. And that if they were offered a position here at Vantage Bank that they should reply with a resounding YES! The people, and the atmosphere around this company are what makes it both great and unique. It’s a company where you can work, and have fun at the same time. Not something a lot of companies can offer.
